Disney wait time app? I don't understand how it works-help :(?

Hey guys, can anyone help me understand this app? Once I get the list with all the rides, Am I suppose to click on the ride I want? if so, why? and then why it drops this list with several minutes? and then it asks me to submit ... but what am I suppose to submit? and why am I suppose to choose a waiting time? I don't get it, help,. ----5 stars!!!!
