Why does the super injunction nOt apply in Scotland, it's previously been described as a global injunction?

According to sky news it doesnt apply in Scotland but the media have declined to print it to avoid getting sued if the paper was sold across the border. Apparently The Sunday heralds front page has giggs pic on the front with his blacked across with the word censored
