I'm wrongfully being charged by the treasury a loan i got from the VA. Does someone have a number i can call?

The VA won't talk to me because my "file" has been sent to the treasury and I've been getting letters from a attorney office. The reason why i hadn't looked into this before was because i was gone for 14 months on deployment by the time i got back I had a stack of mail and here is where i'm at now. I've called the attorneys office too and they just want my to pay and then after submit a dispute with the VA and treasury... but i'd rather fix this now
