I applied for an Appeal, within 21 days. and have submitted 5 more Appeal forms, two years later,still nothing?

I was a claimant for a small claims claim was for �1,200, I lost and ordered to pay �17,000, I submitted appeal form with in the 21 days, heard nothing, submitted another 5 forms, still nothing, two years later, and still nothing. been to ombudsman, my Mp, and complaints dept. what do I do next please? the court is not responding at all? help
