Is there "a real deep-seated and vicious racism at work trying to de-legitimate the president" in the US?

How can silly white 'supremisists' complain about President Obama when France and Britain have roped him in, all-be-it through the employment of fraud, in attacking black African nationals fighting on behalf of Col Gaddafi, if the hand of Israel isn't part of this it's just a bunch of lawyers (opposition Libyan nationals, French, British, Arab, American and the UN), some elected, many not, I wonder how many are black.
