Is this tattoo design possible and what do you think?

I have an idea for a tattoo that I want to get on the front of my body, from my chest to my hips. I want it to look like a broadsheet newspaper with headlines and text. I am just worried about text size and how much like a newspaper it is possible to get the final tattoo to look. Please let me know what you think about my idea and if you think it will be possible to complete. I have already decided that i am going to get the newspaper title across my chest that will say The Herald.
