With modern science why is it still widely accepted to believe without any evidence A.K.A. "Faith"?

There's plenty of archaeological evidence to prove the bible and it's claims. There's also plenty of evidence to prove science, but none of them give you the evidence to prove everything. God can't give it to us because to give us a scientific study-of-facts would probably fill every book on Earth. Scientist can't explain everything because (being limited Humans) they simply don't have the knowledge. Just look at it this way---To answer your question of "Why," you have to study the Bible. If you have a "How" question, study science books, and they'll tell you as much as they can.
