Is LeBron really as great a passer as everyone makes him out to be?

LeBron will tell people that he didn't try to dominate a game (especially in crunch time) cause he felt being the facilitator was more valuable to his team. However, I have never really heard him described as someone who "makes his teammates better", the same way people used to talk about Magic, Stockton, or even Isiah thomas, and the way we presently talk about nash and CP3. I don't see enough Heat games (since I value my appetite...and time), but I do see his great passes on the highlights often. Help me out here cause I am trying to figure out what's going through this guy's head in a game when a person either steps up and becomes a "Legend" or fails trying, but will at least be heralded for putting himself on the proverbial line and not folding under the pressure.

My grandson is 14 and is constantly bullied at school. Examples being choked with his tie, a bottle being thrust down his throat and stamping on his feet and calling him a cripple. He was at the bus stop and they tried to push him in the road as the bus was coming. It is distressing for his parents and siblings and me as his grandmother. His parents have on numerous occasions been to the school to sort things out. They had someone come to the house to help all to no avail. The last time he got bullied it was a friday both my daughter and I talked with the deputy head who's mind seemed to be elsewhere said that on the monday she would talk with my daughter. My grandson was kept off school on monday as my daughter wasn't going to let him be bullied anymore. The head never called. My grandson has numerous things wrong with his physical and mental abilities, one being he cannot remember things after a short time. He is going for a major operation in september and then another one a month later. He will be in a wheelchair for at least six months. My daughter was told at one time that these children have special needs. So what has my grandson got? they seem to have a mind that knows doing what they are doing inflicts hurt on my grandson. My daughter gets praised for the way her children have manners and are helpful and are a pleasure to have in class. I do say that my grandson is a lovely boy who is helpful and will offer to help with anything. Please can anyone tell us what our next step is?

If an attorney submits an incorrect final order then what?

After a long drawn out process my ex and I finally came to an agreement. We put the agreement on record with the family court, and both dismissed any further pleadings against the other. Now his attorney submitted the order, but seemingly left out or altered everything my ex was to do. Now I have a court order that gives him everything he wanted, and all of my wishes were left out or wording altered to mean something else. My attorney is filing to have the judge look at the order and see if they will agree to revise it. My question is has anyone else delt with this and if so what was the outcome? Should I abide by our agreement that we entered into record with the court or the one his attorney submitted in the mean time? Will I past my drug test for juvenile probation?

I was going to use a modified version of web help desk because I like it's features, but using webforms for applications did not play well with it. I like how WHD installs locally and is access via web. My husbands lawyer submitted a motion to be removed from his case in court, when the judge asked why he begin to basically state the reason was because my husband questioned him regarding how the case was progressing. You can use Snipe hunter to discard Night Assailant, who will be brought back to your hand with it's own effect, so you can destroy any card on the field guaranteed (accept for Obelisk). In order to deal with him you need to use a skill drain, and do it before he's been summoned, this way he has no effect, and you can kill him with whatever card floats your boat (hint hint Yomi Ship). He is also vulnerable to the technicality, "cannot be targeted", so if you use a card like Mirror Force or Lightning Vortex he's done like dinner, regardless of his effect. ;) . Hope this helps. :)

I see that your entire deck is based off of life gaining. Although cards like Leyline of Sanctity and Phyrexian Rebirth are excellent cards, but the point of your deck is to GAIN life as much as possible hoping to draw out your opponent to his or her very last card. In general, your creatures are weak. Yeah, it's great that Lone Missionary heals you and can block creatures, but it will die VERY easily from, say, a Prodigal Pyromancer and then you wouldn't have a creature to enchant with your Celestial Mantle. My brother's Ally deck is very similar to your deck. He has cards like Hada Freeblade and Ondu Cleric, both that function as attackers and healers at the same time. What I'm trying to say is, you need less fragile creatures, creatures that wouldn't die so easily when it's summoned but strong enough to withstand a few punches from like a Vampire Lacerator so that you can actually utilize the enchantments of the deck (Also, I noticed that you had Lightmine Field. Most definitely NOT a card to put in when most of your creatures would die if you had them both out at the same time)

I've been self harming for a year and a bit now. Only my closest best friend knew, but I invited a relatively new friend over for a sleepover, so I went to get changed in the bathroom (because I didn't want her to see my arms) and I just told her I needed to sort something out and when I was changing tops she burst in the bathroom laughing about something and she started saying something about my brother and then stopped and freaked out and went''Oh my god what the f*ck have you done'' I just panicked and grabbed a towel and covered up. First and foremost, I would like to share some of my background. I'm currently 21 years of age and have been experiencing sleep paralysis since the age of 17. During my first episodes of SP, I would experience no more than extreme humming and vibrating sensations throughout my entire body. Around the 5 or 6th time it happened to me, I woke up face to face with what I can only describe as a "dark" version of myself that didn't have eyes; the eye area was completely black. Lately my SP episodes have been drastically different, instead of the humming and vibrating sensations that I used to experience, now the arms and legs of my ethereal body are being manipulated by a mysterious energy. The energy is very powerful, it feels somewhat magnetic in the way it flails my arms around. Last night, I struggled with this thing on and off for two hours and became very annoyed to say the least. The SP first hit me before I was even halfway asleep and that crazy energy came creeping up on me. I woke up, brushed myself off and laid my head back down. Immediately I go back into SP but this time a pole was being pushed against my chest which was very painful. The entity kept trying to trick me into thinking I was asleep by using my parents voices and manipulating my environment but it just wasn't working. What do you all think about the pole being pressed against my chest? The only thing I can think of is that the pole was there to keep me inside of my body. I'm not a religious person and haven't been for a while now but after two hours of hell, I took a shower, prayed to God and was able to get some good sleep. I haven't been myself for a while now and my dog has been going crazy at night, i really don't know what to do. Taking a life is much more severe than having unwanted sex with someone. I partly agree if the rape was violent and followed by a beating. Then the criminal should be in jail for a long time. But if the rapist was gentle and restrained the receiver without any harm inflicted I would place the crime in the area of a robbery. No period for about four months and no history of sexual activity?

I'm fourteen and have never had intercourse, but my period is really wacky. I knwo that some women have crazy periods where they may skip a few months and then get it again, then skip another few months and it's normal for them. I seem to be one of those people, as I feel perfectly healthy, have normal weight, no noteable pain (except for what I accidentally inflict on myself, but I mean that there's been no random pains or feelings of soreness), and it's been like that for two years. This deck is combining all the best fairy cards together but the strategy just wont work out. I never liked fusion cards so st. joan should get out. most of these cards barely correspond with each other actually and i would suggest sticking to the forty card minimal only because it may bring out your strategy A LOT easier. I run Herald of Perfection in my deck and i suggest this card to every fairy user as well as archlord Krystia but that card costs like seventy bucks so yeah /: Your deck needs to find its strategy before it works well. Not sure how to feel towards my father?

My mother left my father five years ago after he had an affair with another woman. It was not the first time he had cheated. The first time was when I was just a baby. No one's hiring but would like to submit resume. What's the proper way to do it?

No job openings in my field (RHIT) but I would still like to submit my resume to the places I'm interested in working for. Most are small physician's offices or clinics and do not have a web presence. My plan is to just walk in with my resume and ask (while handing it to the receptionist) if they are accepting resumes or applications. Do you think this is acceptable or is there a more appropriate way to do this when they're not advertising any job openings? Thanks.

People who do drugs ruin their own lives. Some die some go to jail and some get away with it. But that's their decision. People with cancer most of the time don't have a choice its not their fault they got cancer (most of the time) so if this money can go towards helping innocent people struck by terrible diseases than I'm all for it!

I'm guessing it failed to upload the regular way since it's such a big file. I've never used the advanced uploader before, but you can try that. It may work for uploading larger video files. I would say... yes, but I can't 100% guarantee because I've never used it. Truthfully, I never knew there was an advanced uploader. XD

When I was in late middle school - early high school I did some cutting on my legs. I'm thinking of joining the Army Reserves and I hope this won't disqualify me. I have never been diagnosed with a mental disorder, but I was put into a facility for bad behavior (only three or four days, though). My question is, will the scars disqualify me? Get rid of Feral Imp and replace It with Snipe Hunter. You can use Snipe hunter to discard Night Assailant, who will be brought back to your hand with it's own effect, so you can destroy any card on the field guaranteed (accept for Obelisk). In order to deal with him you need to use a skill drain, and do it before he's been summoned, this way he has no effect, and you can kill him with whatever card floats your boat (hint hint Yomi Ship). He is also vulnerable to the technicality, "cannot be targeted", so if you use a card like Mirror Force or Lightning Vortex he's done like dinner, regardless of his effect. ;) . Hope this helps. :)

I agree with most of your points although I would not inflict a death that involved any method that was not quick and painless. For me, the death penalty would represent the ultimate protection of society, not an act of vengeance. For such psychopaths who have no moral conscience or remorse, there is no chance of rehabititaion. In fact, its surprising how little is understood of psychopathy in the prison system itself, with psychiatrists and other well-meaning personnel engaging in lengthy therapy and counselling sessions in the belief that they may eventually help reprogramme them into having a conscience. There is documented evidence that serial killers will frequently engage in a power game with the psychoatrists, feeding them all sorts of nonsense which the psychiatrist beleives, jsus for the fun of duping them; or learning the right phrases to trot out to buy a ticket to parole. The cost of keeping a serial killer incarcerated for the remainder of their lives must be staggering; the child killers have to be kept in solitary confinement for their own protection; and there is the continual risk to the public that they may one day escape. We are too weak-minded to pull the trigger, literally, on serial killers because we can't square the act of taking a life. Odd how we would feel guilty about taking such a life, but don't feel the guilt over the new victims when serial killers are released or escape to go on and kill again. To allow a serial killer to live is to put everyone's life in danger - the death penalty is necessary.

You've just come up with two uselessly vague arguments that even imply nobody should be convicted of any crimes at all, that nobody should be punished at all. 1) "Law enforcement can be corrupted and/or incompetent," and 2) "Many people are wrongfully convicted for crimes they didn't commit." Neither one of those two statements have anything to do with why it is okay to convict a person and sentence them to life in prison without the possibility of parole but not to execute them. Will scars affect modeling?

How good is my yugioh fairy deck?

I would definitely try to trim your deck down to 40 cards. The kuriboh is a nice touch but doesnt really work w/ the idea of the deck. Otherwise i wud suggest running 3 sanctuary in the sky and 2 master hyperions.

Is my MTG deck okay? It's a white life gain aggro.?

I'm not sure about those new cards, assuming I haven't seen them, but what I know in the deck seems pretty good. Ajani's Pridemate is really awesome when you need him, and comes in extremely handy. The only cards that I would know about changing, just from battle experience, would be the Serra Ascendents, but I'm not sure... the one in my deck (combo-control) didn't work well since it was hard to keep my life above thirty when I had him. Of course, I was also playing against a red deck, so that should tell you something. Also,cards with flying, and cards like Silver Knight and White Knight (protection against red and black) come in handy. They can basically win the game by themselves if you're playing against red or black decks!! As a MTG player though, I would just battle-test it first... a lot of the people on Yahoo answers don't really look at the integrity of the deck, and how it works together... but good luck with it!! And for the life-gain part of it, try Angel's Feather, because that really boosts life, (even with my mixed deck.) It adds one life point for every white spell cast, no matter what player did it.

Good yugioh deck? its just random cards...but im planning to buy more warrior and pyro type?

First things first, do not EVER buy single cards straight up.....you get ripped of. Always trade for the sh*t you need. Next, idk exactly what it is your trying to do here, but if you were to test this out against even a scrub, you'd get beat fast...just being honest. Listen: the best thing to do is have a theme. Pick an archtype(s) and stick with it/them...but i don't suggest mixing archetypes. And idk your knowledge of the game but i hope you know what an archetype is. It's a group, or family of monsters and support cards for those monsters that all work together and help eachother out (i.e. gravekeepers, frogs, lightsworns, six samurais/shiens, x-sabers etc.) So, if lets say you do want to make a deck of warriors...thats great! But, what KIND of warriors would you like? Will you build....Gemini? Samurai? Elemental Hero? You see, there are many different things you can do with your deck, but all cards must work towards the same purpose. You must set your purpose for and within your deck. Another great tip: NEVER run more than 40 cards. Never. And ALWAYS have your side deck packed to the ends with 15 great situation cards. Anyways, back to the deck. All Im saying is, clear the slate and start over. My advice would be to do reasearch on tier 1 decks and see why theyre great and why they win. I personally run gravekeepers as my main deck because I love the archetype, and love their theme (slow, somtimes fast control with great draw power and searching and destruction of cards, some hand advantage and/or field swarm). I hope my advice to you is taken in a way that will greatly impact your future games and strategies....Superb luck making decks and have fun out there :D
